The student buildings are undergoing a comprehensive and thorough renovation, adapted to their condition and purpose, starting from strengthening the structure, replacing infrastructure and redistributing, through the design and furnishing of the apartments and shared spaces, to providing a unique touch of graffiti that tells the story of the city's young people..
The entire design process was carried out with the help of a team of young and talented architects, in full cooperation with a young and vibrant management company, whose goal is to create a colorful and dynamic student atmosphere

The common areas and student apartments are designed so that from the moment students enter the building and their apartments, they feel at home, and immediately set out to explore, together with their new friends, everything the building offers its new residents.

A great deal of planning thought is invested in the project, creating personal living spaces that allow each of the residents complete privacy, alongside shared spaces that promote social interaction.

The common spaces are the beating heart of the building, they are specially designed to allow students a wide range of activity and relaxation options, including a study room / barbecue area / sitting area / laundry room / bar / Instagram room, scattered throughout the building.
