The resort is planned to be situated on the hill side facing the bay and the mount of Pelion, having 84 rooms over 31 acres.
The stone house project
Restoration of this historical house originally built on year 1850.
The house is located in the heart of Volos, within walking distance of the University, the sea, the central park and the city center.
The renovation will be executed to the highest standards, with the ultimate goal of transforming the property into three boutique apartments upon completion.
