Renewal and renovation of the building
The buildings underwent a comprehensive renovation and received a final and unique touch of graffiti that told the story of the city’s young people.
The design process was carried out under the guidance of a team of young and talented architects, in cooperation with a young and vibrant management company, which created a modern and dynamic atmosphere for all tenants.
Unique and inviting interior design
We connect people and create spaces with an innovative design with a young vibe and in-depth thinking about every single detail. The common and private spaces are designed so that from the moment the student enters the apartment, he feels at home, along with an urge to explore all the corners of the apartment and the building and enjoy every space.
Personal and collaborative residential planning to create a community
The project puts a lot of thought into personal residential planning that allows each resident to find their own place, alongside collaborative spaces that promote social interaction.
The common spaces are fully furnished and create a warm and family atmosphere, which encourages creating social relationships and a sense of belonging.

The building is managed 24/7 by a professional management company, which is responsible for all the day-to-day management of the complex.
The management team also focuses on creating a social atmosphere and diverse activities for the tenants, with the goal of creating a quality and enjoyable living experience.
Building Management
The roof of the building is the beating heart of the building. It was specially designed to allow a wide range of options for activity and rest for the students. On the roof there is a study and study room, a dining and leisure room, a laundry room with sitting areas, a chill-out area for rest and entertainment, and more.

Our Designed Apartments
The apartments in the project include studio apartments and two-room apartments, all designed and fully equipped. Each apartment is delivered with electrical appliances and furniture specially designed for it, with the aim of giving the tenants a unique and luxurious living experience.

Our company Greece-Israel has several modernly designed, and occupied buildings located throughout the city of Volos.
Additionally, two more buildings are under renovation and are available for investment by our clients NOW.
